Rikki has over 10 years of experience successfully operating in multiple capacities across various global manufacturing businesses including heavy equipment, performance architectural products and automotive such as Caterpillar and Jaguar Land Rover. He excels in driving profitability through leading effective new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives that focus on systems and processes for maximizing productivity and quality.

Rikki holds an honours degree in Aeronautical Engineering and Master’s degree in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Management from Loughborough University.
