Over the past 12 years, Colin has worked in both the medtech and mining sectors, originally helping create life saving heart valve devices and more recently focusing on our self-cleaning camera technologies here at ExcelSense. Prior to ExcelSense, Colin held various roles at Neovasc for over 8 years as Delivery Systems Manager, and IP Manager. Colin led a team of engineers through the design, development, manufacture and testing of a transapical delivery system for novel transcatheter mitral valve implantation. Colin is a named inventor on more than 40 patents.

Colin holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
