Specifically designed to meet the needs of extremely harsh environments, LidarShield-1100 utilizes our patented ClearSight technology to provide rugged self-cleaning functionality to LiDAR sensors (Ouster OS0 and OS1), ensuring a clear LiDAR lens without interruption or maintenance.
The heavy-duty and innovative construction of its enclosure protects the LiDAR sensor from damage and improves both the heating and cooling capabilities of the sensor.

SELF-CLEANING LIDAR SENSOR
Self-cleans using a patented process that actively rejects abrasive dust, bitumen, mud, oil, and many other contaminants using a micro-renewable optical layer without blocking the view even during the cleaning cycle.
CLEAR SENSOR FOV WITH ZERO INTERRUPTIONS
Maintains a clear sensor lens for 300° azimuth field of view and full vertical field of view of the LiDAR by self-cleaning with no interruptions to the sensor.
NO UPKEEP OR VULNERABLE PARTS
Single-piece design contains no vulnerable external hardware such as nozzles, hoses, compressors, and wipers which could fail or require upkeep and fluid top-ups
RUGGED AND READY FOR ALL CONDITIONS
Aerospace alloy construction for high-impact and harsh industrial environments, with available variation for highly-corrosive environments.
SIMPLE AND RELIABLE TO INSTALL
The device is interfaced using a single custom cable: it can be simply powered using 24VDC, and the LiDAR sensor is connected through an ethernet cable. All cabling and connectors are ruggedized to meet the demands of harsh environments.
